Rude staff.This afternoon this lady at drive thru got grumpy because I parked my car not super close to the window.”Too farrr!”She said.I told her it’s fine I would just reach to her a little bit.She still gave us attitude.Then before she handed me the coffee the small window automatically closed,moved the plastic box she used and the box knocked my husband’s coffee down.She just wiped the cup,didn’t say anything.I understand this job can be busy and stressful especially now but please at least have some professional customer service skills.Would never come to this place.
