Best place to get my mom a coffee cause it makes her day... Also coffee for best friend puts her in best mood...

They often got my order wrong i only go here when i don't have time to go down the road to they drive thru gas station one is

I only come here because it’s an easy drive-thru on my way home in the morning. The service is terrible. It’s extremely slow, not just when it’s busy which I understand, but also when I’m the only one coming through the drive-thru. They mess up my order EACH AND EVERY TIME. Breakfast sandwich is always wrong and a bagel is either too toasted, not enough, or just the wrong order. If you ask for anything extra you’ll be charged for it and then they won’t give it to you. I now have to pull into a spot to check my order every time just to make sure it’s correct. I’m done with this place. Get some competent people working there or don’t have a location there.

The people there are very very nice people what kind courtesy even though we drive them crazy they keep it together for their customers. Witch in the morning is a madhouse so be patient it's not easy being behind are with 20,000 different combinations to make the great people remember that thank you

The coffee was great the service could have been better the manager had to fix my order too many people and too much chaos

The store supposed to work till 12.00am, when I went there at 11.30pm all doors was already locked and no one was paying attention on me even when they saw me. Unacceptable!

Loving the Americano. More so the service. I hardly ever go to this particular location. However I did a few weeks ago, when I went in today the woman remember my order. Impressive to say the least. It's a very busy place! Kudo's!

Takes a long time to order. Drinks for several patrons were forgotten, incorrect, and/or just took a long time (5-10 mins).

I love dunking. I get a dunkachino with an expresso shot every morning after I drop my daughter off at school. Then I go home and do my meditation. It’s part of my routine!

They’re always 15 mins late to open on Saturday

I ordered a scramble bowl. I noticed that the woman making it had a thin mask around her mouth but not her nose. Her nose was completely exposed. What is the point of having a mask if you're not going to use it right. We're still in the middle of a pandemic.

Ok, this is a very convenient location, BUT they don't always listen to your requests. I'm pregnant and cannot have caffeine. I've asked on 5 different occasions for decaf and even though the sticker will say decaf, it ISN'T! This has happened at least 3 times. I've made them aware of this two times and they've apologized and refunded me, but it happened again for the 3rd time today. It's just frustrating and kinda scary when it comes to health concerns. What if I had a heart condition too? I think they should be concerned about this negligence regarding customers' health and what could happen in that worst case scenario from not paying more attention to the decaf request. Hopefully the manager sees this review and mentions it to the staff and really enforces the importance of efficiency when someone is specific! I'll have to bring it up...AGAIN.
