Dunkin'

Went in this morning for a coffee. Two people were in front of me and both had been waiting for over 15 mins for a coffee and a dozen donuts. After 5 minutes of us standing in line plus another 5 other people joining the line I asked the girl walking past who was in charge of register. She stated she was and I told her she needs to move faster. She complained that she was only 1 person and mumbled some choice words as she turned around. Everyone in line besides one person left at that point.Service is horrible along with rude customer service.

They make the best iced lattes great staff!

I ordered a bagel with nothing on it they charged me for cream cheese and the coffee tasted burnt

I showed up on a Tuesday night at around 9:40 and they close at 10. I was planning on sitting down and leaving before ten but before I was able to sit down I pretty much got told to leave “mam we’re about to close” the customer service was horrible. I told the young man they didn’t close until 20 minutes later and he proceeded to catch an attitude and throw the mop that he was cleaning with. He never said anything rude to me but it was very clear he was annoyed. I understand they work late shifts and just wanted to go home but you can’t tell customers not to eat there when you still have 20 more minutes open. Not attentive at all. Very sarcastic. Do not recommend. The service is horrible.

Today was the last day I will come to this location. There is no sense of urgency to take an order, wait on a customer or get the order right. I constantly have to repeat the order only for them to make it incorrectly anyways. Today: they tried to tell me my drink came with an espresso shot and I had to get it even when I didn't order it. When I said I didn't want it the manager corrected it even though the employee was adamant that the coffee had to come with it. They've lied before just so I wouldn't change an order. This was the last time.

Drive thru employee. With long braids touching money and donuts with same gloves went outside to retrieve money still with dirty gloves on will NEVER GO TO THAT DD AGAIN

Not too much that can go wrong except mistakes or people who dislike their job. I'm here Saturday evening doing work with kids.Service was accurate, and fast.

Worst experience at any dunkin donuts Ms. Jayden had an attitude this morning and my order wasn't right. Her excuse to why my breakfast wasn't ready and it had already been 20 minutes was were busy. And I told her to watch her tone and the way she talk to me cause I'm the customer. I literally asked for managers name after she responded the way she did. This is by far the worst experience I ever had a dunkin donuts and I have even traveled to Nyc and ate at dunkin donuts there sad.
