They say the open at 4:00 was there around 5:00, no signs of life. Looked at some of their other reviews, yep, they pretty much suck.

A great experience thanks to an employee named Valentine. This great guy was not only friendly but went out of his way to help me when i ran back in because i spilled my drink in the car. He offered me a new drink and then ran paper towels out to my car to help. Above and beyond service. Thanks Valentine

Best Dunkin ive been too in a while

Great location. Tried their new breakfast sandwich. Like the way they added spices to a classic. Its good

Friendly people and nice environment. Their speed could be a little better though.

The drive-thru here had issues taking a basic order, resulting in receiving items we had ordered being prepared wrong.

Lines were very long inside and in drive-thru. Besides wait time for placing order food and coffee is excellent and fast turn over time between placing order and receiving order. Everything was prefect. High amount of customers I'm surprised at rating, first time at this Dunkin. I will return when near again. :D

If you have 25-30 minutes to waste sitting in a drive thru for a small black coffee, this is the place to go. If there is more than one customer, turn around and go elsewhere! Even with no customers i usually sit at the drive thru speaker for 2-3 minutes before anyone takes my order let alone if there is another car in front of me. Depending on who is working, staff has left a brand new employee ALONE at the register and she gave me my order for free stating "here, take the drinks and keep your money, i dont know how to work the register". When you call or email the complaint line, no one ever gets back to you. The employees at dunkin on union deposit road and at corporate dont care about their customers.

First of all management goes by who is there the longest. Second of all absolutely no food safety there is a sewer drain right below the food containers that are drying . Second many times donuts were in trash and fridge left open over night

Ordered a tea from here and waited forever it just for it taste like nothing but tap water. The workers move slow also . Very disappointed

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too. I used to order all the time but then stopped due to the 15+ minute wait times every time I went. Then I switched to ordering from the app so it would be ready to pick up upon my arrival, it hardly ever was. Then today I go there today 07/31/19 @ 7:35AM they are supposed to open early, the doors were locked for me to pick up my mobile walk in order. I had to go theoigh the drive through. They responded they do not have enough workers to open the doors. Definitely need to step it up here.

The service their is terrible.. It always just kid worker their goofing off all the time, screaming and the workers yelling all the time. .. The one day I walked in and their was a line, so the tall worker girl their told the line I am off the clock I can't help you guys, (are you serious) we ended up waiting in the line for 20 minutes. It's a shame there...The other worker said to the line I can't make breakfast right now I am going on a smoke ride as talking about (marijuana) Their was my 4 children in line and other children... I never see a manager there at all. Its a total disaster there...
