Fried dough and bean water. Always a treat!

Very clean Dunkin' restaurant and service was timely and courteous. Only concern (and I didn't realize it at time of arrival) is the parking situation. I mistakenly parked in a stall near the entrance causing me to wait a few minutes in order to back-up without hitting a vehicle behind me in the drive-thru line.

Quality of food has gone downhill or perhaps this location was never that great in the first place. Poor customer service; I has to clean up spilled coffee from a worker because they weren't and it was a huge safety hazard. Didn't even get a thanks.

I like Dunkin Donuts and have been to several across the country. Never have I received stale, dry donuts like this location. Needless to say, very disappointing and won't be back.

When the 3 workers that know how to make coffee are working it’s great. However I order the same drink everyday and 3-4 days out of the week it is wrong. you are taking a chance every time you go here. I’m talking a iced coffee with a shot of espresso and they forget the espresso two days in a row. And don’t put a label on it so you have to guess depending on who is working....... sad man

Good coffee & pastry selections. Open early 5:00 am. Would look like a few high bistro tables in seating selection.

Great place to grab a quick coffee. The butter pecan is the best (pictured). I get black with the flavor and that’s sweet enough. Donuts are usually slim pickings on the weekends after 10am. Parking can be a headache at this location since the drive thru line runs into the spaces to park. Service is speedy overall.

Service was not that great. I stood by the front counter for several minutes until someone actually acknowledged I was there. Too busy doing maintenance and other odd jobs before bothering to take my money apparently. I believe I got a bagel with cc and another breakfast sandwich of some kind and they were nothing to write home about. Unfortunately this is typical of fast food, so, not entirely surprising.

Had good and bad experiences, some staff work on customer service with a smile, others drop the bag of purchased items on the counter and turn around again without saying a word. But always delicious! 😋

If I could give you 0 I would! I was in Madison for 2 days and visited this establishment 2 times a day an once on 3rd day prior to heading home. Each and everytime I was there my entire order was wrong! The staff including the mangers are rude and disrespectful! Not even an apology! Looking forward to getting home and back the Prairie du Chien Dunkin! This location is amazing staff and management make you feel like family! You should all have training from them! Maybe your customers and ratings would go up!

I am big fan of their donuts. Yummy, Delicious and best in the city. You must give it a try. 4 star from me.
