Dunkin'

i love Dunkin, but this store almost always disappoints. Most of the times I, the customer service is the biggest issue. The staff are not very welcoming, and this is more often when orders are taken over the intercom. I have also been at the drive through several minutes before closing and it the person waits it out, then states the store closes in so many minutes or seconds and my order can not be taken. It’s very upsetting because I work at the hospital overnight and usually get a coffee before every shift. I understand that customer service is a hard business to be in, but you can’t shut down shop and clean up early and still advertise that you’re open until a certain time.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This Dunkin is bad! Every single time I go there the coffee taste horrible and they don’t listen to what you say when you want to add stuff or when you say “less ice”. Horrible employees making nasty food! The food looks like a 2 year old made it. They just do not care at all. Do not go there they need new management or something! I called and the women who answered sounded like she did not care at all. Horrible horrible horrible. Absolute mess every time I go there. Never going there again.

Public opinion isn't looking good for this place according to the neighbors, especially the ones on Nextdoor. Good to know that I'm not the only customer that's been disappointed there.

not sure why we keep coming here. they take 15 minutes to give u two coffees that are NEVER filled up all the way. wish the owners would do something and hire good employees that don’t give you attitude when you ask for a STRAW. I will continue driving 10 extra minutes to the dunkin’ down sunlake they are MUCH BETTER.
