Dunkin'

Dunkin is usually good....this location however is not so good compared to the others. They never have any good selection of dounuts. No lemon, no chocolate, no apple, filled etc. The manager Michelle was very nice but confirmed our disappointment and said they limit certain dounuts and that was a franchise decision. The last Dunkin at this location always had a great selections....i ate donuts from that one from why back in the 80's.We r going to have to go to the Murrysville location from now on yo get our favorites.Too bad!

I live in Holiday Park and have been to this location many times, from when they first opened to just recently the weekend of 04/14/18. Pros: The storefront is very clean and inviting, and staff is friendly. Drinks are always very good. Cons: Food is VERY often made wrong, and the staff on the weekends is flat out incompetent. Each time, without fail, we either wait a VERY long time for our order/have to remind them what we're waiting for, or the food is prompt but the wrong item. Staff on the weekends seems to be young (high school age) but they seem very poorly trained. It's a disappointment any time we go for anything other than a drink.

Espresso machine hardly ever works. Let's you place mobile order and drive all the way there just to be offered plain coffee. If I wanted that I would have made it at home.
