Dunkin'

I have worked at several Dunkin' locations, this one being my ninth. Love every location, of course! Visit any location for a sweet treat and/or a coffee made to your liking.

They sell sugar free drinks for diabetic people

Went by there this morning and the lobby is closed until 8am, according to the sign on the door, although I passed a gentleman coming out on foot, and there was another gentleman sitting in the lobby eating. So the lobby is only open to certain customers? Second time this year I have come through, and this has happened. Not to mention the two times I came and they were out of Donuts. Other locations are much better.

I asked for splenda and got reg sugar, besides that staff was nice

The drive thru took FOREVER. I frequently come to this Dunkin donuts and depend on it being a super quick stop when I didn't have time before work to get breakfast and my coffee ready. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and and iced caramel macchiato. I got to the window and got what I thought was my bagel and no coffee. I asked for the iced macchiato and while I appreciated the size up, I got what looked like an iced coffee not a macchiato. I asked if it was a macchiato thinking she gave me the wrong order and she said "yup" and turned around. I just got to work and opened the bag and I got a bacon egg and cheese instead. I really hope that this was just a careless error today and messing up orders doesn't become a habit of this location.

Not a family friendly place! We came to eat around noon, Nov 10 2018, and they have sexual music playing, Laffy Taffy, Play, Whisper Song, like WOW! I came here just to have a nice donut and coffee with my little kids and we couldn’t do that. Absolutely disappointing and the staff should be ashamed of themselves to be playing this kind of music in a family friendly restaurant. This place is more like a night club, not a donut shop.

Dunkin is clean well stocked we offer a variety in food coffee flavors espresso drinks. We work quickly as possible to complete your order and get you on your way I run the front counter and will always welcome you with a greeting and smile please always tell me if there's a problem I'll try my best to make your visit the happiest. The workers are always sweet and friendly and they work really fast. The BEST coffee!

“People usually spend 10 minutes in this location...” is part of the description. I stood I line for 10 minutes before an employee addressed the customer 4 people in front of me!In the interim, the drive up window had full attention of 4 staff members while 3 customers gave up and walked out!Well done! America may Run on DD, but this location is running low on service!

So, had a craving for pumpkin spice donuts. After all it's October right? Pulled up at the drive thru, 2 cars in front, one more behind me. 10 minutes later I place my order for 12 delish donuts. 10 minutes later get to the window to be told, "We don't have any" I'm sorry, what? Did I seriously sit here for 20 minutes to leave empty handed? Yes, that is what I did.

Rena was the most upbeat, amazing worker there today! Had a great experience and you need to give her praise and get more employees like her. She made our day. Thank you for being so sweet!

Service as okay. Didn't quite get what I asked for. Could be a little friendlier.
