Dunkin'

Cheaper than Starbucks and just as good IMO. But coffee is nuclear hot. Decent food too

Sometimes just need to run on dunkin

Firstly I wanna say that I travel a lot for work and out of all the Dunkins that I've been too this one is by far the worst. I ordered my beverage the way I always do with some alterations to it and even though I said I'll pay for whatever they charge me for I was met with an unfriendly response, after a few back and forth protest I got to the window and it wasn't what I ordered, so i told the person in a nice voice to fix it I was met with a negative response. So I told her I was a regular the other stores made my coffee the way I like, SHE TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO THEIR STORE. So it took them 3 tries and they still didn't get it right, I talked with the Manager and she says she do things by the book??? What does that mean? People tell you what they want on their coffee all day every day that should be by the book? So you'll deny a paying customer their coffee because you do things by the book that makes so much sense anyways I'll be going to STARBUCKS FROM NOW ON THANK YOU.
