Love my French Vanilla Iced Latte

Great coffee... My order is always correct and the coffee is always great. Good customer service and never a long wait. Prices could be a little better but still cheaper than Starbucks.

Very nice helpful staff. Visited during Mem Day weekend- displayed a ton of R/W/B items and holiday donuts.. Tried a Pineapple Coolatta- not their fault- just too much sugar - its pre-sweetened- only had half

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Commack and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Weekly food and drink specials. Staff is ok. Public Restroom. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

The person at the drive through did not have a mask on. (4/4/20 @ 8:00 pm. She was wiping her nose with the palm of her hand at least 3 times while we were at the window. We decided to toss our order out. Maybe ridiculous, but not worth any risk.

Busy

Always great customer service & quality drinks at this location. However, I refuse to use the drive thru anymore. There are a ridiculous amount of bees in between placing your order and picking it up. Don’t keep your window open while you wait, I’ve been stung by bees there before. Also, have brought it to the managers attention and nothing has been done.

Night service is horrible. Nothing like standing and just waiting for ice cream. Nothing like carvel.
