Nice staff. Clean store and bathroom! Food was hot and good.

You can't beat a large ice coffee for $3.50 . The price, size, and taste is better than Starbucks!

Worst Dunkin I've been to. Normally when order my regular - triple shot espresso - (at DDs around the country) either I get what I paid for, three shots....or they're generous and give about 4. Yesterday I went to the DD on Springhill Ave by Mobile Infirmary. Got what I paid for - three shots - and was very happy. Today I sent someone to the Schillinger location to get four triple-shots to last me for a few days and they gave me between a single and double shot in each of the four cups (but charged for triple). Annoying.

My coffee is amazing per usual but Katelynn was so sweet & made me laugh! Made my afternoon better having a good drive thru experience!

Not enought staff working..shame on dunkin donuts..how can they keep this place open when you dont have enough ppl working and not really that friendly.

Since they've changed employees this store is MUCH better.

I come to this Dunkin' probably once a week. I love their iced coffees as they are much bigger than Starbucks and they are cheaper... yay! I always have quick service and the people at the window have always been kind. I will definitely continue to come back to this location.

Their donuts are usually good. Its mixed whether the staff is helpful. Paying customers have to pay for water. I get it if water is the only thing I get, but when I've purchased a "meal" with coffee, I dont see why they charge $.80 for a water. (I dont know of many restaurants that do that). I have not been in a while.

Showed up at 4:00pm, was told they had no espresso because they were closing at 5:00pm. Not a fan of starbucks either but at least they serve their customers. Maybe the location is just trash. 2 stars on yelp.

I took my son to this location for a few donuts. We only ordered two donuts and the cashier threw them in a bag on top of each other. So his shark bite donut and chocolate icing were completely smeared and the chocolate icing was completely off the donut. Not to mention my wife's sandwich was still frozen in the middle. If you enjoy going to locations where they do not perform the one job than this location is for you.
