I ordered through the app so I didn’t talk with any staff. But the orders were ready fast and correct.

Great coffee and music! Staff was extremely helpful.

Had a sausage,egg and cheese croissant was good. My husband had an apple fritter. Always good

The team here always works so hard to get everyone out quick. Big tourist spot with lines out the door but it's never more than a 10 minute wait. Love the staff here

Long line...mostly tourists. They were fairly fast though. Everything was hot and fresh

When you go to an establishment for coffee and a light breakfast, you expect decent customer service. For the past three days, we had coffee and donuts amount other things. Ordered multiple coffee with cream and sugar, did not get what we ordered. Some coffee had cream only and others only as sugar. We needed to wipe down the coffee cups because of the coffee spilling out from the sides. They could have at least wipe the cups off. Asked for additional creamer and sugar due to them not making the coffee as order felt like you are in the wrong based on how the customer service rep looked at us. Ordered apple fritters and got Boston creme donuts instead. Ordered a coffee roll and I don’t know what they gave us. These are two example of how they kept screwing simple orders. I don’t usually right reviews, but I felt I need to for this one.

Awesome and fast service. My drink was delicious and the customer service was amazing! The manager is absolutely the sweetest and I will come back here again!

This please was clean and fast with my order. There were a few people in front of me i think i was number six. I only waited 3 minutes to get my order. They were friendly.

Took order quickly, but they gave me wrong order which we don’t like at all. I placed a to-go order for few bagels along with spread packs as we want to eat them in the drive . After few minutes when we opened the bag there are quite a few bagels has a sausage and ham. Since we are already way far from the shop I can’t comeback to exchange . Everyone was upset and stopped at Starbucks to take breakfast. Our whole day was spoiled with this felt really awkward about Duncan service. We stayed in the hotel near for a week but didn’t go to that store again even though our kids like their donuts a lot.
