Every day is different here. There's days when no one is here and days when some of everyone is here. Kind staff and patient. Good spot.

I work across the street just about every day i order 4 large black iced tea. I called ahead to make sure they had enough on hand or would need to wait 15 minutes while more is brewed. Mind you its 3pm Saturday. Was told by their staff that they only brew tea in the morning. I said that is false and told her the above story . She still would not brew another batch . I hope the management teaches her that she works in a coffeehouse and fresh brewed is a constant all day long . Very Lazy employee. Avoid on Saturday afternoon. Ted

Bad service

As always, the app never informs you whether a location is closed or whether the order has gone through. I placed an order and paid only to drive there and find out they’re closed. What a joke..how am I supposed to get my food or money back? Dunkin is ridiculous..

Great coffee as alway But-DD running an iced Coffee special for $1.50 between 2 and 4 p.m. I arrived at 1:54 p.m. today and guy made me wait 6 minutes or would charge me $2 more. I waited 6 minutes-- but hence the 2 stars. .Better watch it...Starbuck'a more $$ but super great taste and customer service. Ditto Peets. And Stan's just opened up on Butterfield and Midwest. Customer service is all.

Nice layout and donuts and coffee, I think the are joined with an ice cream place too. I'll be back!

Had to wait for my pick up and did not have the donut I ordered.
