Poor service today, but only one person working

I work in the 10PP building so I frequent this Dunkin Donuts a lot. I was never a fan but I still get my coffee every morning. I'm big on CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially when i'm spending my money. SMILE, SAY GOOD MORNING PROUDLY. IF AND WHEN A CUSTOMER ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION, KNOW THE ANSWER OR SAY "GIVE ME A SECOND". DON'T JUST STARE AT ME. But my main reason for writing this review is to mention one person who seems like she's in charge but acts too tough to smile. The big asian girl. SMILE TALK TO CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT RESPECT. KILL THE TOUGH ACT. Why do people apply for jobs that include talking to people thru out your day, just to give people attitude?? Keep her in the back!!

Outstanding, efficient customer service. The line moved fast considering the number of customers in line. However, I don't like the paper cups for hot coffee.
