Dunkin'

They were slammed on a Saturday morning. I ordered on the go and didn't see it, but I wasn't surprised because of how busy they were. Even though he was running around, Alex noticed that I was looking for my order. He asked me what I ordered and got it for me right away. I think it's important to recognize when someone goes above and beyond and Alex definitely did!

Not sure if it’s the early afternoon staff but they are always rude and my order is never correct. Staff messed up my order today and thought I couldn’t see their smart remarks from the window but I did. Get better staff.

I come to this location to get Breakfast every morning early. The lady that works the Drive Through is always nice and friendly. She gives good Customer Service. There is a younger female that is usually with her. She speaks out of turn and gives not so good Cusomer Service. If she isn't happy with her job perhaps she should have chosen another profession or gone to college or trade school.

If there was a zero star option I would be giving that! Bad service with a very dirty environment. The employee made a mistake with our drinks and they had a nasty attitude when we complained and requested for what we paid for. It was as if they wanted us to take whatever they gave to us. Poor customer service. The girl flung the drink across the counter giving it to my niece and rolled her eyes. I didn't ask to speak to who was in charge since it seemed like the manger was the very one with the attitude... FYI the drink tasted nasty.. must be the anger put into making a new badge... You bad treating customers that way!!

This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area and unfortunately one of the only with a drive-thru.I ordered a few items and the person who took the order was competent enough to enter it into the computer mostly accurately, after that who knows what happened.My receipt clearly states 2 egg NoChz on croissant, both came with cheese.I never ordered ham egg and cheese wake up wraps but got 2 of them, 1 less hash brown than ordered and to top it off, my neice's donut was no where to be found. My sesame seed bagel was ordered not toasted but for some reason it's easier to do more work than asked, but this request wasn't even put on the receipt.If your order requires any level of thinking outside of the robotic compilation of sandwiches as they appear on the menu, I'd recommend visiting the location on Washington street instead.

my coffee cup was too hot, my friendly request about a extra cup or cup holder was replied with ugly answer "we dont give you any cups". Hey DD, please teach your staff to be more friendly with your customers

Though I'm mad that they no longer offer free double meat when you don't want an egg on your sandwiches anymore. I still love this place for all the other options they have.Not to mention this is the only place that puts a smile on my grumpy childs face after a long day of school.

Always busy but the line moves and they do a good job.

I'm giving this 1 no stars it was horrible this is 2nd &last time after us ordering a coconut coffee and getting hazelnut we tell her we drive down road to discover she passed us back the same hazelnut coffee so we had to go bck where I went in to explain I got the wrong coffee twice &husband has but allergiy. No apology nothing .Bad customer service and btw the coconut coffee was awful we will never go to that 1 again .I usually post good reviews u had to really mess up for this
