Good coffee, fast service.

Fast service. Though they were out of plain bagels.

The orders are quick but they drinks sometimes come out wrong because of it.

Dont bother coming in the morning, probably up until about 11. Takes 20 minutes for a regular coffee due to the amount of orders.

I went to the Dunks in Chinatown on corner of Washington St & Essex St. It's a mixed crowd, working ppl & the ppl from the streets asking for $ but the staff is GREAT! So nice & some are singing along w radio. Nice way to start ur day! *WHY NO MORE BAVARIAN CREME DONUTS? NOT JUST HERE. IT WAS MY FAVORITE & NOW I DON'T GET DOUGH NUTS ANYMORE😔

It's a Dunkin'. This location is inside Tufts Medical Center - there is no exterior signage. Go in the main entrance, go up the stairs to the left when you pass the info desk, turn left again when you see the elevators and you'll spot the Dunkin sign.

I have no problems with this location. Friendly workers, clean, and always stocked properly. It is in an area where the professional world meets homeless drug addict all over the place but they do not bother you for the most part.
