Dunkin'

The front counter lady staff name samia was SUPER WORST n HORRIBLE person. Samia didn’t know what she was doing in Dunkin system. I specifically told her signature latte coco mocha latte n she gives me regular latte n I told her u gave me wrong one she said this is the only latte comes. I told her I’m not ordering first time. Then she says I cannot do anything. I told her what. Then give me the refund I don’t want this latte. Samia was making faces n rolling her eyes n showing me attitude. My god she has serious issues n big attitude n she was super RUDE. Even samia was super SLOW. I will never ever go back again to this store. That lady samia didn’t know customer service n how to put order in system. Zero start. I had worst n horrible experience..

24 hours open.. can't go wrong with a fast pick-me-up for the drive home.

I found a DEAD burnt to a crisp fly in my sandwich, we went back there were flies EVERYWHERE. I went back and showed the manager the picture posted here and told him I want a FULL refund for my order and he started arguing saying “what about the ice coffees ?! You drank them?! They were fine ?!” Amazing customer service.

The coffee was fresh, I usually order dark roast but it's very rare that I get fresh one. Customer service at this location was not bad. The restaurant was clean and roomy👍. The parking is available and many cars can fit.I wish all Dunkin donuts restaurants were this welcoming.The only thing that is missing is a garbage can outside.

Went there few times, hot chocolate was great.

We drove passed so many Dunkin donuts that we stopped by at this one. Not being from this area I hopped out of the car so we can choose our donuts one by one. Instead of directing us by pointing drive through only he just went to the back without acknowledgement. We decided whatever and went through. He only got 2 donuts wrong in which it was too late and we we're home and decided we didn't care enough to call if he would even pick up. But he did make our 2 for 5$ bacon egg cheese croissant sandwiches on point. Granted they were filled with 1 dinky strip of bacon each it was toasted to perfection.

Keep driving they did have some donuts but much rather go to the big Wa gas and convince store. However i had to stop here. Everthing was ok not great just ok. However my wife went to the restroom and came out and told them there was no paper zero. The girl stoped talking got it put it on there counter door handle and went back to talk to co workers. When we aaked if they where going to put it in they said when they were done. WHAT himmmmm makes you wonder what the employees were using OR NOT USING. STAY AWAY. They keep hiring people who dont care from the franchise to the owners to the crew. So sad. Remember when it was time to make the donuts they were fresh CLEAN and reliable.

The guy at the drive thru put the straw into my coffee with his BARE HANDS. And the coffee tasted STALE.

This place has the best donuts out of all the Dunking Donuts that I have visited in all my years of being a commercial driver!!! They're fresh and fluffy and let's not forget the hot coffee, not warm 🤗

Im disgusted by the poor customer service, there are a lot of Dunkin' Donuts on 1&9 I have been sitting in traffic and I went in and politely asked for a little cup of creamer, the woman behind the counter was a disgrace to customer service she looked at me and was like you didn't get ur coffee here and I was like I did about an hour ago through drive through, she said no u didn't I been here since 1. And I was like oh I'm sorry I must have gotten the Dunkin' confused is there more then one around here? No answer, is it possible to get a little cup of creamer? And she completely ignored me and just left me standing there and then I walked out , I'm disgusted by how I was treated , this is why I don't go to dd anymore , there customer service is awful, that's why I stick to Wawa I felt disrespected and she was the manager I believe, u don't treat people like that she was a major c u next Tuesday, total b*%#! If there was a negative star i would do it

Friendly staff and good place for coffee
