Go here almost everyday. Love the service and it's always clean.

No manners, always an excuse they don't have the drink.worse customer service ever.Need to train employees .

Honestly upset because I changed my coffee twice because it was too light and the second time it was worst. Didn't even try to accommodate me after I had just spent unnecessary money.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and touch the donuts with their bare hands in between exchanging money with customers. They either toast the bread too much or some times too little and they take forever while everyone is waiting for a breakfast sandwich to be thrown at them. The donuts 90% of the time taste stale. There’s another Dunkin right across the street which is far better in my opinion. I would give it 0 Stars if I could.

The staff is friendly, the doughnuts are fresh and the coffee is hot.

Stopped here twice while in LIC. First I ordered at store and order was prompt and correct. Second time I ordered via the app, and I was pleasantly surprised to find my order ready at the pickup counter when I walked in. Seating is limited. Otherwise a good experience with this DD.

Good place for a quick bite and very close to public transportation..

Good staff, they get the orders right and can handle the long lines during the peak hours. Could be a bit cleaner, could have the ketchup packets out by the straws/napkings. garbage can tends to be full all the time
