Good customer service and quick service. The restroom was clean.

The only DD that actually makes my lattes with almond milk when I order it :)! The one in Norwalk sucks at getting orders correct and my baby has a dairy allergy so it used to be imperative that I got almond milk instead of regular milk. Ashland always gets it right. Thanks for being great!

So sweet here. Excellent customer service, fast, and so clean. Everything was very new and bright, so it was a pleasant place to take a break from driving.

Their frozen hot chocolate is AMAZING it's so chocolaty.Also, very nice service, they even made my sister another drink when she forgot to make it iced.

The manager is on top of things at this Dunkin! The workers are friendly and the food is great!

My tribe and I visited this particular DD on the way to a conference - and were so pleased with it that we stopped again on our way back home. We visited quite a few DD locations through the duration of our trip, and this one was by far the cleanest, friendliest, and most correct with our orders!

Busy Dunkin. Visited at 10 am on a Saturday. Ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese croissants, 2 donuts, 1 coffee and 1 tea. Customers before and after me lined up. At least 6 employees, they are either slow or understaffed. You tell me.

Short staffed, only the drive-thru was open. Still delivered great service 👍🏾☺

Dunkin donuts of Ashland Is a great place people there are very respectful I went through the drive threw and the guy collecting the money and handing me my drinks was very nice very knowledgeable to the coffee I'm pretty sure his name was Drew.
