Dunkin'

First time going since under new management and would honestly prefer the old management. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it appears they put it on and then scraped it back off. Probably will not visit again

Great location! Close to the light rail transit along N Tryon Street. Nice clean dining area. They have drive thru if you are on the go. You can have you breakfast here before heading to work. Or if you are adventurous, get your morning ice cream.

Literally took 30 minutes in there because they did not know what I wanted

7am and they're cleaning their espresso machine? So, I couldn't get my coffee. Why would you shut down your coffee machine first thing in the morning? The alternate coffee I got was disgusting and they used granulated sugar in an iced coffee even after I asked for liquid sugar. The staff is never happy at this location, I will drive a little further to go to Sugar Creek from now on.

Meagan was an awesome host. She made my cappuccino blast perfect.

The store manager is racist. I won't use any names because for some reason my review wasn't showing up when I initially wrote it and used her name. My sister worked there and the manager didn't realize she was in a group chat while expressing her racist feelings towards my sister. I will be taking this matter to someone in a higher position because racial discrimination is not okay. I will attach a screenshot of the message sent in which the store manager says "I'm ready to get rid of all these n***ers" I'm very disappointed and if this person continues to manage this store then I see no reason to dine at any Dunkin Donuts ever again. And I will spread the word. If anyone knows the Franchise owner, please let me know so I can contact them!

they need to supervise the employees very bad service they are always angry I visit this place a lot in the afternoon and it is always bad service

I tried to go in but there was a sign on the door saying drive throug only. Then the lady was rude af cause I wanted to know what icecream they had and which donuts they had left. She told me if I wanted to know to look it up on my phone.

I use the drive thru at least 4 times a week the employees r polite and very professional

Love the machca (green tea) latte.

Since when does Dunkin’ Donuts run out of vanilla ice cream and the lady was very rude this location has no costumer service whatsoever.
