Excellent service very clean

The shorter male cashier should not be dealing with guests. He is always pushy with me when I order. Pushes extra munchkins to the point of it being aggressive. Fights about my wanting to share a bag for my sandwich and MY munchkins. This morning he jammed a bag of doughnuts into another bag just in complete disregard of what I'd asked. It's ok. I'm sure there are other coffee shops on Causeway St. that won't be so bothered by my trying to assist in their paper waste.

My daily coffee is always ready! :)

A bare white room except for a hard white table with the sign, DO NOT SIT. What an inviting dining area for a senior citizen to kill 20 minutes before his doctor’s appointment. And weak tasteless coffee to boot. Get bent, you callous corporate clowns!

I went at midnight while waiting for the last train home and the man at the counter was cheery and gave us extra munchkins and made great conversation

Stood in line with only 1 person in front of me for approximately 5 minutes to be told they were only accepting cash or DD gift cards. None too happy not the fact that the CC machine was down because it happens. Put up a sign or tell people when they walk in so they don’t waste time standing in line only to have to walk out the door. Bad customer service!
