There isn't any designated place to pick up your food. When it's done and ready to grab they just set it in obscure places on the counter i.e. on top of machines and what not.

I would not recommend this place. The management and staff are dishonest. I know a person who’s wallet was taken and management did nothing to try help and situation was handled poorly.

Horrible management, I know of a person whose wallet was left there accidentally last week, and all of the cash was stolen out of the wallet. Management handled it terribly, so you know what I'm thinking. I honestly believe an employee/management took the cash out of the wallet. Businesses should have more integrity than this, especially for consistently returning customers. "This situation was handled like crooks and thieves."

Get on the go because I was on the go... and still had to wait 5 minutes for a bagel to get toasted. Also left the cream cheese on the side opposite of what was selected online. I guess don't order here on the go
