first and only review i'll ever write, because somehow a worker charged me $12 for a MUFFIN? Truly, how? As a student who can only work part time, that amount is literally me getting to school and home on gas for a few days.I can understand a mistake... but come on. How don't you realize your're charging someone an extra $10 before letting them pay.

Worst location in Lowell.. they literally I have no people skills whatsoever the manager with red hair is so awkward and creepy he stares with a blank expression and doesn't say nothing on multiple occasions they forgot to give me things that I paid for donuts hash browns etc. And today was the last straw for me I went in ordered a salted caramel hot chocolate and a large French vanilla I received a regular hot chocolate with no flavor and the coffee was filled up halfway in the cup with whipped cream and no cofee and I didn't realize it until I got to work because of the hot cup around it from now on I'm taking my business to the Dutton location

Never going back to this one again. I am a UML student whose been to both locations near campus. This one at the beginning of North Campus was my worst experience. The cashier looked at me like I had 2 heads when I placed my order and said she had to "charge extra 1.29 for cream cheese" when I ordered a breakfast sandwich for my boyfriend and scoffed at me shaking her head when I forgot to say how I wanted my cold brew because I was so overwhelmed with all the stuff I needed to order. Very unprofessional. Poor staff service and they have no patience.

Best morning crew ever. Afternoon/evening crew spend more time chatting than making anything. Hate doing a to go order after 3pm, takes 45 mins to remind them of an order... sux.

I've had nothing but amazing service when I go in the afternoons!! They are always fun and full of energy!! The dark skinned guy makes my coffee the best I've ever tasted and is always pleasant!

Amazed at how rude and personality deficient the crew was. As I read and ate, I was abruptly told "watch out" as an employee mopping the floor cleaned under my table, not to mention the rude guy that just took my order. These people clearly love their job.

Usually very good service. Fast even when loaded with people at any time of the day. TASTE ANY BEVERAGES BEFORE LEAVING. Unfortunately they get so busy that you can occasionally end up with a drink made wrong OR the bottom/end/empty ingredient issue. It happens and is no ones fault and they will immediately make it right, but it is an occasional issue.

Well that was an interesting experience. 12/1 at 230 the lady behind the counter was more interested in having a conversation in Spanish with the lady who already ordered than actually working. We must of stood there for 2 to 3 minutes while she stood behind the register talking to a woman in spanish about essentiallya car. After 2 to 3 minutes the gentleman also working walked up to her looked at her not working, and then asked us if we were ordering drinks, essentially doing a great job. The lady who didn't seem to want to work then sort of woke up and realized she was at work and began making the order for the prior customers.
