What can I say everybody loves Dunkin

OMG! The worst coffee in town. I complained to the manager but he didn’t care. He literally told me I’m not the owner of the store.

Horrible. Rarely gets your order correct. Wait time is ridiculous.Even "on the go" ordering, isnt ready and/or hasnt been acknowledged.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST DD EVER! THE ENTIRE STAFF ALL HAD BAD ATTITUDES. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS WAS CHANGING THE TRASH AND AFTER WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS WALKED OVER AND ASKED FOR MY ORDER..LIKE WOW REALLY !?!

Fast service. Coffee is served in a styrofoam cup. Customers take their time when seated. For the gentlemen that criticized this particular DunkinDonuts for not being able to sit down, why don't you take your business down to Nero's in Washington Square or Brookline Village. Those customers set up shop for hours and conduct business or do homework. You'll never get a seat!

Same as the rest

Rude management. Took twenty minutes tp get a drink and the 2 for five after i placed my order and it was extremely slow. Needs new management or better yet, to change to a more efficient coffee shop.

Although is a bit dirty, it's a nice place and the employees are nice.

Unfailingly friendly staff. Sometimes it can be very crowded when staff from the nearby C line depot take their break.

Good place

Came in to kill some time and have a cup of coffee with my significant other... Coffee was hot and fresh! Plenty of sitting space... All in all an enjoyable experience!

Quick service. Plenty of space to sit.

Can't wait to go there again

It's a nice cozy place to have coffee and get some work done
