Great staff and servicr

Great experience better than most except for long waiting line.

Service was good, coffee was burnt. Not coming to this one again next time I visit Boston.

It's Dunkin', nuff said.

Love this place

This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever visited. I will gladly walk 10 minutes out of my way to go to another Dunks. They are slow, not trained well at all, not helpful, and almost always mess up your order. My advise, avoid this location altogether.

Service was great. Had alot of kids in the restaurant loitering, no place to sit down.

The Dunkin Donuts in downtown. Corner Mall is a very nice place the people who serve are very friendly. Speaking English and Spanish l recommend it

Count your change...the cashiers can't perform basic math and don't use the register's calculator. (She owed me a dollar, but it was so frustrating talking to her that I walked away.)

Horrible experience!Long lines, poor performance, and terrible communication.I ordered a coffee and bagel with extra cream cheese. The coffee was wrong and they would not let me return it for a new one.When i got my bagel, i did not get the extra cream cheese, that i paid for, so i asked the server for it. The shift leader Shirley gave me an attitude and then threw it at me. It hit me and then it fell to the floor. I asked to see her manager and she refused, saying that she was in charge.She proceeded to try to hide her name tag when i said i was reporting her conduct.I will never go to this establishment again and i recommend you do not either! I will also be calling corporate to report this experience!

I should give no star but no option without star. I paid $2.66 for medium hot coffee it was literally hot water no taste of coffee at all so disappointed. I wish I could go back and tell these people about it but I’m working on duty and I was in uniform . I think ,people who working should think their service. I was there on 08/10/2018 Friday around 3:45 pm.

Awful service. Got two donuts and a coffee and the guy behind the counter picked both donuts with his bare hands. Lady behind the counter forgot to make my coffee and after seeing me standing there... she made the coffee. Not a good Donkin Donuts for sure... really really crappy.
