Dunkin'

Look I get it, we all have bad days. But come on, I go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin now. Consistently rude employees not putting cream cheese on bagels.... But they do nail my coffee, it's sad.

The people that work here are beyond rude! When ordering they seem annoyed that you order more then one thing. When approached at the window no hello no smile didn't even tell me the total till I ask just stared at me then shoved my card food and drinks at me... I worked in fast food for a long while and this is no way to treat customers that put money in your paycheck... I would rather take the extra ten minutes to drive to the one in Exeter that has good service and appreciates your business... They need to close this one or hire better workers!!!

They got my order right but they make the worst coffee in the Tri-state area!

Terrible! All the employees were cursing and being unprofessional. One of the employees took a donut and ate it while making drinks. They don't acknowledge anyone for 5 mins.

always manage to screw something up. if you have a caffeine intolerance, don't even go here. they either a) give you regular and claim it's decaf or b) give you decaf that tastes like burnt garbage. every other dunkin in the area can get it right!

I guess I’m spoiled to southern hospitality but this was without a question the worst service I’ve had. The drive thru lady had no name tag but it was obvious she hated her job. You’d think if you worked in customer service you’d be a little more polite. Terrible service and the quality of food was even worst! The work staff is a direct reflection of management and reading previous comments, they obviously don’t care. Oh well, lost another customer!

Great place to go for coffee

Had to repeat my order twice and my order still wasn't right. I wasnt given a total until I got to the window. The girl at the window wasnt even in uniform. Ordered two small iced coffees, one hazelnut without cream for my wife and one coconut with extra cream and sugar. My lactose intolerant wife received her coffee with cream and I received mine with no cream and no flavoring. Wish I could give less than one star.

The drive thru lady was extremely rude and didn’t know how to listen to our order. She told us that we should speak up even though we said our order 15 times. Very disappointed, never coming her again. Also, only gave us 2 straws when we ordered 4 drinks. The sandwich I ordered also came out black and I couldn’t even eat it.
