Found a nice chunk of fingernail inside my apple fritter. This location is nasty and poorly managed.

Wadded up the napkins in a ball thrown in bag. The bagel wasnâ€™t toasted it was microwaved had in some places and rubbery Iâ€™m in others. Totally disgusted with this dunkin !!â€™ Go somewhere else !

I once worked at this location a couple years ago and quit from the racist and disrespectful staff. Recently they have gotten all new staff. I realized this when I decided to use my Dunkinâ€™ app to get my points. The new staff are so nice, respectful and understanding. I donâ€™t feel rushed anymore. When I come I am always greeted and thanked for coming. I am upset that this location doesnâ€™t have the butter pecan swirl. I know it was seasonal but other locations have it. Thatâ€™s the only reason I didnâ€™t give 5 stars.
