Iced Mocha coffee!!!!

The gentleman who was working this afternoon/evening was the most pleasant and friendly DD employee that I have ever encountered. Thanks again for your excellent service sir.

rude and horrible service . I made a hot latte order, they gave me a latte without foam (latte looked like a full cup of coffee, on the very surface with a thin white film). I went to ask to make more foam, and the manager started arguing with me that this is a latte.every time I go to dunking donuts, whether in another city or state, to order only latte and I have never seen latte without foam! after disputes, they gave me a latte with foam. Morning ruined!!!!

Delicious. Get a medium iced coffee black.

I will never buy anything from this Dunkin Donuts. I went to this location two days in a row and was denied service for two reasons. My skin tone and the doors being locked 40 mins prior to the closing time. Never in my life have I been more disrespected in my life time than how I felt the two times trying to buy donuts for my pregnant wife and son. This picture was taken at 7:29pm. I ordered the matcha green tea latte and it was heaven sent. The atmosphere is always calming and customer service is great as well.

Good food, quick service, clean establishment.

If you have a complex order they have trouble getting it right the first time. Anytime I order through the app I never have issues. The customer service is also lacking because the guy at the register threw my change at me out of frustration (a customer in front of me was having issues with him and was being really rude). I recommend ordering with the app to minimize interaction with the sometimes unpleasant staff.

Very friendly and was very expedient

As I walked past the door, the dude who works at the counter gave me a real nasty look and I didn't even understand why. Then I realized I needed to grab something to eat so I called into the store to make an order and that same dude told me it was closed early, which isn't a problem. My issue is the fact that he projected his disrespect to me even further and hung up the phone in the middle of me speaking. Apparently respect doesn't go both ways nowadays...🙄
