Full service Dunkin Donuts with adequate seating and Wifi. New, clean facilities with fast friendly service. Worth the drive to avoid the Griffin attitude.

After several visits, I am well satisfied with the products and services. For a business that just opened, it's doing fairly well. It will obviously have room for improvement just like everywhere else. But, all in all, I appreciate having this in this little town.

Love it! I grew up in the north so dunkin donuts was a staple. Now we have one in our area of Thomaston GA and I am tickled! Great customer service, the sales folks are very friendly, and the store is clean! What more could you ask for!?

Apparently the weekend crew leaves a little to be desired over the weekday crew. Completely messed our food order up & the people skills need work.

Super excited about the opening, me and mom went by to get two cups of coffee and we got them all the way! Normally mom ask for (7) packs of sugar for her coffee and They gave her every bit of it with no complains, unlike McDonalds they had to ask their manager if they can give her that much 🙄 thank you Dunkin for your EXCELLENT & OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

This location has been doing super well when they aren't busy. As long as it isn't a morning rush, they're friendly, attentive and super helpful. However, when they're busy, the service is complete rubbish. I've stood at the register and been blatantly ignored by two employees and I know several people who have had completely incorrect orders, myself included.
