Absolutely the best Dunkin we have been to! The lady at the order window was overly nice and didn't rush us with our order. She even spoke to our kids in the backseat. Only downside was I don't think they put enough caramel pumps in our coffee as to we don't get sugar added as the caramel is sweet enough.

very disappointed in the new store . . . parking if you want to go in is that you have to walk all the around the building to get in. Very poor design!

This Dunkin was terrible as most dunkins are. It took 20 minutes to get our order through the drive thru and by the time we got our food the entire order was wrong. Terrible dunkin although most Dunkins are terrible so I guess it isn’t a surprise.

Lots of Fluff, Little Ice Cream. We each asked for two scoops...around $5 each cone....it was tasty but more air than cream. No substance...and don't expect to park near the door. Two spaces located by the door are for Handicap..we had to park clear around on the opposite side of the building by the drive thru...and be careful. You have to dodge the drive thru traffic, walk down a hill, walk near the traffic, and up the other side. Where is the door by the parking? Not here!

What a vast improvement over the old place formerly at 76th. This new location at 72nd, is easy to access from Kings Hwy, providing handicap parking spots and an easy exit out. They also provide a fast drive thru, but I recommend going inside and ordering from the cheerful and courteous staff working behind the counter. You can enjoy your order inside or outside on the patio tables. Shout out to Crystal (sp) who provides excellent service there. I will be back often.
