1st visit:Service was a bit slow but nothing too terrible. Made our drinks right, food was ok.Building could use some work, as some molding is starting to warp. Bathrooms are a bit ghetto.

Always understaffed. Bathrooms are always dirty. No comfortable place to sit. No plugs, WiFi never works. Wait in line forever

We were the only customers In the drive thru. They were very slow to greet us and take our order. We ordered two coffees. When we pulled to the window, they asked me "what did you say your order was?". I replied by ordering the same two coffees again, then again, and the employee still was incapable of reading our order back to us right. I decided not to test my luck and find another Dunkin.
