Always love my Dunkin coffee and of course they're great donuts and sandwiches

My favorite place to be fast service and great coffee .

Wasn't sure if I wanted to give this place two or three stars, but I was feeling generous. I never know whether I'll have a good or bad experience when I come here. Doesn't matter what time I go, my order is either incorrect or they are out of one of the things I ordered. One common thing that happens is they don't have any large cups for their iced drinks, so I can only get a medium and sometimes I'm still charged for a large. Half the time I place my order at the drive thru and when I pull up to receive it, I'm asked what I ordered all over again. If you order anything from the Baskin Robbins menu, you usually have to pull forward and wait for it to be made and brought out to your car 10 minutes later. Not good for people in a hurry. Wonder what happened to the staff they had last year that gave free Munchkins to my kids if they saw them in the backseat? New staff needs to be more customer-oriented and more efficient with drive-thru service.

There was a woman named shack and shes very was working alone when I got my latte. Working hard there was few customers and she was just very sweet professional and calm I def enjoyed her company while waiting and my latte was great

The manager Jon is truly an asset to this company. Customer satisfaction comes first as well as his well trained staff. Even when extremely busy he has a smile on his face which makes you want to take the grandchildren back in the evening for ice cream.

Well it's Dunkin... however this particular location hired an individual that doesn't know the way to make a Boston Cream nor a Vanilla Cream. I received the cross between them. The Boston Creams shell(the actual donut) with the vanilla cream inside. I was in heaven for just a moment because i know this was truly a mistake. I'm sorry there aren't any pictures. It was so delicious i didn't think to stop and take a picture...i just devoured it.

What can I say about Dunkin’ other than it has the best tasting espresso in comparison to any other large coffee chain. It always confuses the staff when I order a triple espresso, but it’s worth the little delay in getting my caffeine fix.

The one on 41 and 53rd is it excellent excellent Dunkin Donuts the drive-through may be busy but guys it's worth the wait the staff is polite the food is great all the coffee's awesome you have to try it the next time you're in town

Great donuts but the coffee was a little bitter, but it could just be me

Coffee is great but staff didn’t crack a smile or work very hard to be pleasant. I don’t know if I have ever encountered such an apathetic clerk!

Coming here was a great decision. Miss Patricia was very very nice. She was friendly, helpful with ordering, and served you fantastically. On top of that the food was so fresh, tasty, and amazing as a whole. I'd highly recommend coming here 🙌

This location is out of my way but it was the next closest one to the one on SR 64. The SR 64 location was cleaning their espresso machine which seems to happen a lot when I stop by in the morning.

It is always a pleasure visiting this location. The ladies that are usually on staff are very helpful and nice to the customers. I have been coming to this location for about 2 years now. And the staff is great. The coffee is so much better than Starbucks. I hate when the coffee taste over roasted. Dunkin Donuts have the best coffee if you ask me..the sandwich menu is good to. The Chicken Bacon on Croissant is great. Just request the chicken double cooked.

Always out of donuts ..why are they even called dunkin donuts..
