Dunkin'

Coffee is usually on point but there is one thing that upsets me greatly. WHY CANT YOU PUT BUTTER ON THE CROISSANT?! It says right on the drive through menu that you guys can either put butter spread on the croissant OR packets of butter inside. EVERY TIME lately I've request the butter spread I get butter in a a bag. I do not understand how you expect us to drive and open packets of butter. We pay you to make it. What makes you different from us buying them from the store ? Nothing. Only once did they actually put the butter spread on. Now they do not even seem to know about it and its right on the menu.

Worst dunkins ever, super slow, always a line... every time you pull up to the drive thru they say wait a minute,, isnt the the drive thru supposed to be speedy? Time to hire professionals!!!

The donuts and muffins are almost half the size they were 5+ years ago. The coffee always tastes burnt and so highly acidic it gives you heartburn! Try Honey Dew. The coffee is a little better.

Passable food ... could have been better

I just left the Dunkin shop on Park Ave. The newest one in Worcester. The older, blonde woman with glasses is very angry and must be very unhappy. She barked at me over the speaker as I ordered in the drive thru. She put whipped cream in my hot chocolate and seemed to be mad at me. Maybe she should get a job that doesn't deal with people.

good store, not all Dunkins are the same. Some you get attitude with your coffee but on this store I have always had a positive experience.

Great service

Many years ago Dunkin had the best coffee. Then either they changed it or water down but their coffee is no longer great and the price for coffee is ridiculous. That is why we go to Cumberland. The coffee is the best and where can you get a cup of coffee for $99.00 We lived from Dunkin less then one mile yet my husband drive 4.3 miles to Cumberland for coffee.

I love my frozen chocolate here. Muffins were burnt a bit though. Wish they were more consistent.

Typical Dunkin', staff here is friendly. Drive-thru line can get a little long and slow, and it's PACKED during weekday morning rush-hour.

I order on the go here almost every morning, I've never had to wait for my order, it's always ready for me & it's always made correctly. Not many other places do this. Today I walked in to grab my food and the girl behind the counter said thank you and called me by name. I have never spoken to anyone there and for her to know my name is amazing customer service. You guys are great! Thank you Alysha

Convinient place for a dunkin'. Was impressed that the convinient store has a Bitcoin ATM.
