Love the coffee, buy the pods all the time. The doughnuts, not so much.

This locations says its business hours are until 11. However, doors are always closed by 10:45 pm. Drive up service is also the same. If they don't like working till 11, then either change the business hours at this location, or get rid of the employees working that shift. It doesn't look good for the business. Totally ridiculous.

Mehhh. Nothing to rave home about. My Latte's took like 20 mins.

Worst customer service ever this lady she had a real attitude and also was telling people to come through the front of dunkin donuts to pick up there drinks when they went through the drive through and served people that waited in line first Im disappointed never coming here again.

I work in Long Branch and pass this Dunkin Donuts every morning. This is the third time in two weeks that I go to the drive through and just sit there. No nothing... where is the service. At least if your busy let me know your alive. Then on top of waiting for someone, the last time I was there the drive through associate didn't have enough change to give me back so I left leaving more money then I should have. Drive through is supposed to be convenient for people. This is the worst service ever. I'll have to go out of my way to get better...

No service, there was no one at the drive through and we sat there and no one was there. I really don’t recommend going there

Poor service. Charged for something they offer but did not have and said if we wanted a refund we needed to get back in a long line for it. Kind of over all Dunkins at this point

a very bad place to visit. You can not use the bathroom. Yesterday I went with my wife for a coffee, asked for the bathroom, and they did not let her use the bathroom.

Very rude and disgusting employees... they gave me unfiltered tap water from the sink. I asked the black girl for fresh water she told me no whilst texting and talking on the phone. Will not be returning.

Very ghetto. I hope that doesnt sound offensive but it was. I almost fell off the toilet because it was so wobbly. The sink was falling off the wall and I think the owner thought that caulk around it would fix the problem. It seemed like a slumlord owned the place. I didnt even get food and with the bathroom being like that I'm glad I didnt. Just dirty and I wouldn't recommend. Dunkin' Donuts is a chain... find a different one to go to

The girl said they don't make jelly donuts anymore 😦. Haven't been back.

There are better ones to go to in the area but its not bad. I feel bad for the manager because it seems most of the employees she has working for her are unreliable, except for a few.
