Loved going there and enjoying a holiday latte with the family. It was the most comfortable Dunkin' I have ever been in with mostly booths to sit and relax in. We stayed there for over an hour and saw many other patrons come with family to enjoy the treats in such a nice place. Staff was also nice.

The staff here is so friendly. The restaurant is clean. Their food is consistently good and is privoded very quickly.

No matter which of the 2 DD's I go to; the tables are dirty... The chairs or booth seats are dirty. In both of the places I have been the employees are fooling around. I am referring to the Transit Road and Union Rd. Locations. Lancaster & West Seneca locations prospectively in NY.

Coffee is always inconsistent. If you end up going late morning early afternoon be prepared to be told they are out of mostly everything. Employees need an attitude check. Joke of a Dunkin Donuts location

This is the Dunkin' Donuts that My family and I visit. We mainly go to this location because it is the closest to our residence. The food/drinks are on par with other Dunkin' Donuts in the area. The wait times are satisfactory. Would have received 4 stars, but we often have problems with the accuracy of our orders at this location.

I like Dunkin better than Timmy Ho's. it could be that it's from my childhood. I'm pretty sure it took over the Mr Donut chain from back in the day. Not positive. I wish more people would go there. Great place to get together with people and talk. Great Donuts and the Breakfast sandwiches are yummy and fair priced. I tried a coffee although not much of a coffee drinker. I finished half- very strong, and it was very good!
