Dunkin'

The staff here is friendly, but they get orders wrong here a lot...it's gets irritating after a while. I've had a mix of good and bad experiences here, I guess it depends who is on shift. I only stop here because it's in the way to work, but lately I've had more issues than I would like. As you could imagine, based on my visit today, I wanted an everything bagel toasted with butter, got it back with cream cheese and a lovely hair inside of it...not sure if I'm interested in ever coming back to this location.

Worst service ever. They are constantly getting your order wrong and the coffee is always cold. Customer service is horrible as well. I was going there everyday and i get the same thing. The lady at the window noticed i got the wrong order the day before and they still demanded a receipt. I didn’t want my money back but at least to be given the correct order. I will never go back there again.

Update: Still only worthy of 1 or less stars. Cant make coffees right at all, cant tell you what coffee had the extra caramel or which had the espresso. They burn their breakfast sandwhiches on a regular basis so you end up with a hardened black croissant. Place cant make a coffee right ever. Order a iced caramel macchiato here and you will receive something different and wrong every time. Ask them to remake it and you get whatever they just gave you somehow worse and with all the ice melted. Basically room temp bitter milk half the time. Its either bitter milk or sweet milk. Never coffee. They only put enough coffee in it to make the drink brown. I don't think they know what they are trying to do half the time. I wish this place wasnt here so that going to a store that makes it right halfway across town wouldn't be in reaction to how awful this one particular one is.

This location is awful!!! I can’t tell you how many times I have been asked to pull around after I place my order in the drive through. Today while I was waiting 5 cars left the drive through before I got my food. What is the point of a line? They also love to hand you change, food and coffee without even looking at you. Just rude rude people.

The staff here are friendly and even though they were busy, I did not feel rushed. Very good coffee and fresh doughnuts.

How hard is it to make a medium iced coffee with 3 cream, 3 sugar with French vanilla swirl. Everytime they never put the French vanilla cause one is taking the orders and another making the coffee and they never write on the cups like other Dunkin's do. Staff is very rude, like God forbid I go to your establishment and contribute to your paycheck and cant even put a smile on your face.

This is consistently the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I’ve given it three tries and each time the breakfast sandwich has been cold and stale. Today I also ordered hash browns and they were cold. On top of that, and this is just odd, they just cram the napkins in a ball in the bag. It looks like they got them out of the garbage. See the pic. It’s evidence of a complete disregard for any thought about customer experience, or quality of product, or pride of ownweship. I’ll never go there again.

Unfortunately this Dunkin' franchise does not meet the expectations of the brand. The coffee and tea are both terribly made, not hot, and have sludge at the bottom of the cups. The staff no less did not meet expectations and were rude.

All these flavors and combinations and they still wont make the coffee how I want.. they forget it's not free or cheap.. and they're too slow.Slow in the mornings..
