Dunkin'

Today at 6:40 a.m. the cashier at the front desk was very rude, had a horrible attitude. Her customer service skills were horrendous. My poor 7 year old was looking forward to ordering on her and the cashier just was so mean. Then when I went to order after my daughter she rolled her eyes at me. I will be calling in regards to this. And would like this cashier to be a little more patient with better customer service skills. I know it's tough. I have worked at dunkin donuts for 10 years before becoming a nurse. Thank you

another standard dunkins experience indoors. popped in real quick to order and wait for a cab. Dunkins should try having warm coffee instead of hot.

I ordered my coffee with xtra cream and it came out dark and they d idnt put enough ice in it wasn't even cold..not a happy customer this morning.

Been there and a worker out of the 2 said a derogatory word out loud to offend me greatly when he was singing along to a song. I think it's his dig at me personally. And I won't go again unless I don't see him anymore.

I never go to this Dunkin, but i stop my order was never correct first they forgot my soda i went back and got it then the hash browns were still frozen i had to go back again. Yes it was fixed, but something quick turned into a headache.

My wife walked to this location with my 9 month old daughter. She ordered an iced coffee and the cashier could not provide change for a $50 dollar bill and so my wife was unable to get the coffee. This is their problem, and they should have given her the coffee for free.
