They're slow rude and never make your coffee right

They can never get my order right. They have one employee that always works in the drive thru that rushes you and doesn’t seem to listen half the time when you have more than coffee to order. They forgot my hash browns in my order this morning and also didn’t add almond milk to my coffee (I’m lactose intolerant) so it’s my only choice. When they don’t forget my hash browns they burn them and they taste like they were taken from the bottom of someone’s stove.

Nice, clean..but when washing floor..should have cones of caution in view ..if someone slips..oh boy without caution cones

Drive through staff VERY friendly.

Avoid if you can. They always mess up our orders. The workers there never seem happy, sometimes they're downright rude. We've "killed them with kindness" but it doesn't seem to matter.

Love coming here especially on a Friday night, quiet not too busy and Teuta is always nice and friendly to my group

Horrible customer service. They never get the orders right and they take forever to wait on you and complete your orders. They need a whole new team at this location and others around Worcester. For a company that “America runs on”, you’d think they’d be on top of their game.

The drive thru says due to customer complaints to have your order and money ready. Yet the actual problem is that they don’t get the orders right and you’re waiting there longer and holding up more people because they seem like they don’t know what they’re doing.

Every time I go here my coffee is so bad i throw it away. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Go to the one near WPI.

Coffee was wrong.... again

I have never been to a more disorganized establishment in my entire life. It takes forever to get what you ordered and not once have they got my order correct in one try. Literally go anywhere else but here.

Trash. Worst in the city. I asked for Irish Creme for like a month and my coffee never tasted like it. The service is slow. Can’t understand a word they are saying most of the time. My order is always messed up. Please give Tatnuck a new dunkin’!!!!
