Like other dunkin donuts, this dunkin gets very packed very quick.. According on the amount of staff will truly depend on how fast you're in and out.. Very clean and super friendly staff i love this dunkin out of all the dunkin donuts in Palm Beach County..

The only good thing about this location is the location. Constantly short staffed for this time of year. Even when there’s only two customers inside service still takes forever. This location should be managed better seeing as it’s the closest thing to many of the barns in Wellington and being down the street from the show.

Customer service is horrendous! Located in a nice area but management really needs to step it up and teach/train the staff. A simple "how may I help you?" or "please/thank you/you're welcome" can change a customer's experience. If you care about how others great you and treat you, stay far away from this location.

They are always short staffed, and year round, during the morning rush, they’re very slow. The employees are always running off their feet doing 600 jobs at once because 6-8 am. Ive been coming here for 5 years and nothing’s improved. I feel bad for the staff, but I also find it ridiculous that most days you can expect to wait up to 20 minutes (if not longer) for a coffee and a bagel if you come at the wrong time. I know many people who no longer use this specific location due to this reason. This is also unfortunate because this location is convenient to many in the area. Im not sure who is responsible for this but I hope things will improve soon.

Just tried to get a coffee here at 7:40 pm Monday night. Was told that they were closed because she needs to get the store ready to close and mop... An hour and 20 minutes before closing! Must be cool to close when you feel like it !
