Idk why I keep wasting my money on this place. Bad customer service, nasty coffee.

Best dunkin donuts in Annapolis!! My food is always fixed perfectly & never burned. Also the doughnuts are always fresh

Great Service. Clean shop. Very conveniently located.

I go here regularly on my way to class and whenever I just want a cup of coffee. Gets very busy around 7-8 but can't knock a business for that. During normal times they will have your coffee and doughnut ready before you can put your wallet away.

Great food and great service.

Very poor customer service, constantly messing up orders and outright forgetting things. We feel rushed everytime we try to order from the drive through where we list one thing and they keep trying to hurry us along. I've worked customer service, I get not everyone is cheery and happy but most of the time no one even says anything, they just put their hand out for money/card and hand us our order without a word. Downright unpleasant, I love Dunkin but I will be going to the Starbucks a little further down the road from now on.

What's better than coffee and donuts!!

Ordered two sandwiches and a coffee here. Took a while for the drive through but no real complaints other than the above.

They have all ways Served me with a smile but I can see that some times they are to busy to be smiling all the time and maybe you got them on a bad day I am shore you have had One or two your self. Not to say they could have been a little friendly even when they don't fill like it.

Love there breakfast sandwiches and moco lata

I've been to this location a few times. They are friendly, they get the orders right and the coffee is good. I would reccomend this Dunkin.

It was pouring down rain and you could not go inside, just the drive thru.
