Not sure what happened to this dunkin off late. May be they need some training or more staff to support. Drive through staff is downright rude. And this has happened a couple of times. You try to walk in to the store and the wait time is terrible and to top it off they get your order wrong. Thank you dunkin.

This Dunks is a mess! The staff is usually always someone different then the last time I came, and they are always rude and look like they'd rather be anywhere but there. There are a couple nice older woman during the weekend but the rest of the staff are young and disrespectful! While in the drive thru if I happen to order more then 1 thing they start huffing and puffing. This last visit was the absolute worst. Of course the drive thru was irritated because I had the balls to order 3 coffees and then want some food! Of course my order was wrong! So instead of complaining I ran in to grab what I wanted and pay more money. So I ordered was rang up and then paid. They the girl ran me up again and when I asked if I just paid, she said I don't think so I need to ask. I said forget it since it was only for some munchkins and PAID AGAIN! Definitely not coming here again anytime soon!

So this place is awesome when they don’t have as much customers, but when they have a lot of customers it’s not so great, they don’t pay attention to what the customers are asking and they are just trying to go as quick as they can to make the food, I would rather have the food be good rather than having it be sloppy. An example would be, when I ask for an egg and cheese wake up wrap, the egg isn’t even on the wrap, it’s on the side!
