Dunkin'

Wish they hadn't taken the chicken salad off the menu. I know five people plus myself that went there just for that. Thank goodness they have good sweet tea. Hit or miss here too..

It's just a nice friendly place

This place has disappointed me EVERY TIME. Why do I use drive through when they ALWAYS tell me to pull ahead to the tiny parking lot and wait for my order, so annoying! And forget it with their hours, we came there at 6:00 and it was closed! And then we came again next day at 7:00 and they had “drive through only” sign up. They always forget something in the order, as I’m writing this they forgot an donut we ordered which we had to pull around and wait for... awful

I ABSOLUTELY love this location. Although lately its been VERY busy, my order is ALWAYS right and ready for me. I order a Large ice coffee mocha black and some munchkins almost every time. Dejah is always in the window and she always say “goodmorning” then tells me my total. That is how you are supposed to do it. I will spend my last on some Dunkin coffee.

Good service, fast

1st time here, didn't have what I order and it took 15min to get a coffee. No one there smile or even apologize.

This Dunkin is the best in the area. They're always friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks are always great.

The coffee is great but if you preorder anything other than coffee to pick up, prepare to wait at least 5 minutes. I feel like the whole point of ordering online and clicking to let them know you're coming becomes pointless if you have to pull up and wait for your food.

Best coffee shop in the USA.

This Dunkin location was extremely dirty, the most repulsive bathroom I've ever been in by far. The kitchen area didn't look very clean from what we could see and there were a lot of gnats. The only upside to this visit was the cashier Xavier who was getting screamed at by an angry crazy lady customer and was unwaveringly professional in the way he handled the situation. He was very polite to us when he helped us as well.

Richland ave dunkin is a predictable headache every time We go. But unfortunately that's the one closest to our home. Every time I go they get our order wrong. I have to go inside and get the order corrected 9 out of 10 times. The coffee is good but you have to jump through hoops to get it.

Dunkin is my favorite place for quick food and delicious coffee!! Sabrina makes it a pleasant stop. Day crew rocks!

All round great atmosphere

Went in on Jan 25 around 3:30. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

I love this store. Their cashiers are very nice and pleasant. They greet when you enter and ask if you will like to try their new flavors that they are promoting. I love that they have expand their menu with breakfast food and sandwiches with goes great with their different flavor coffee drinks.
