This is the best Dunkin in Fort Myers!! When you place your order in the drive thru it's ready when you get to the window!! The drive up girls are super fast and courteous!!

Well, wife went to get a refill on coffee. Not only refused but getting an attitude with her about it. She was persistent because every other dd we go to gives a refill. He started raising his voice about this is not a regular dd. This is a franchise dd not a regular. And we dont give out free refills. So my wife said ok. We wont be back.

Honestly every time I get coffee on this side of town I usually avoid it and go to the other one down colonial. The staff is sweet but my coffee is always lacking Ice or it’s too sweet or the coffee is old . They never have the promo sandwiches in stock and their point system only works half the time , then you get an attitude when you want your stuff corrected.

The drive thru the speaker was extremely loud It felt like I was being yelled at by a loud speaker I tried my seasonal toasted gingerbread iced latte that I’ve had from other locations before and loved at this location it was like I was handed a cup of cream and sugar and sent on my way. I ordered 2 maple donuts and I look in the bag both donuts frosting side down leaving a large amount of what I wanted on my donut in the bag.

Service was fast and good, but our croissants were horrible! The munchkins were excellent as always, but those sandwiches! I'll think twice before I get those again.

Went there at 8:10 PM and the girl said she already turned off the oven so I couldn't order my 3 sandwiches. As a result I didn't order my 3 coffees either. Management if you read these, you may be losing $$ as a result of employees trying to close shop earlier then time on the door.

Christmas Eve morning had minor issue in drive thru went into and was immediately taken care of by the Manager and staff. Loved the lady with the mutli colored hair, full Christmas outfit/hat. Great team! Food was excellent.

Literally the WORST dunkin in probably the whole Florida. Everytime I go through they have the same girl working the window and she’s always rude no matter what day or time you come in. She repeats your order back in a tone that sounds like you’re such a big inconvenience. The other morning I went in for a french vanilla iced macchiato and they put no flavoring whatsoever but i had to be to work in the next 5 minutes so i had no time to go back to get it fixed. They constantly over toast the bagels. The only reason I’ve gone more than once is because it’s in the same plaza I work! If i had time I’d go to the one in the forum!

Ran into the girl from Minnesota that makes the donuts on the overnight shift. I was telling her that every donut is basically perfect at this location. I am a donut connoisseur, first it has to be fresh, next the donut has to reflect what it represents, last the taste has to blow you away. So this is my new Dunkin location for now and tell your baker that I appreciate her hard work and the entire morning shift always seems to bring their A game.Nice to see upbeat people early in the day.

The donuts were a little tough and I was disappointed that they didn't have lemon filled donuts.
