They helped us out with a coffee that was giving to us wrong from a different store. Quick and helpful.

I prefer dunkin for my donuts. Service at this location has always been good.

Dropping my grand baby off to work and was given a fresh,hot,right out of the oven glazed donut. OMG guys that donut was heavenly.

Great donuts. Poor service at this location. Guy at counter would not even close my box - he found it too confusing. Seriously.

Never fails, every time I choose to purchase food off the menu they forget items off my order. Tired of getting home to see once again dunkin got free money from me. I do not recommend this location.

Always amazing!

I went here this morning and the 2 ladies in the drive through were very rude. After I ordered they asked me to go around the parking lot and they would bring my order out to me, so I did. One of the ladies came out and gave me my order, after checking I realized my hashbrowns were missing but the lady had already left, I drove around to the drive through again to let them know. The 1st lady that took my order very rudely said that she had put the hashbrowns inside my bag, I told them to check the bag obviously she was implying that I was lying, they gave me the hashbrowns but with a very bad attitude and rolling their eyes. There was a man with a white dress shirt on, he looked like a manager, I'm not sure, but if he was the manager he did nothing about it. Very bad experience, will not be going back and will not recommend it.

Good coffee, a little pricey... I didn't eat this time but I was just looking for coffee... I almost always stop at this one on the way to the airport because the people are so friendly

Love this location!! I'll drive from Lehigh just to order here, friendly staff n always accommodating!

the sales associates was so kind and sweet, calling everyone sweetheart,love handsome,we need more people like her in the world. she really made my day. I don't come here oftenbut when I do looking forward to her in the frontregister. I know she makes a different in my day and others.thank you 5/18/18 @7:30am

I stopped in yesterday for a coffee and the guy behind the counter didn't even greet me as I approached to order. He didn't say thank you, have a nice day, NOTHING. Very unfriendly, won't be stopping at this location again. Customer Service is so important!!

The customer service is horrible no one ever friendly and they move so slow. In the morning they usually have one person working the counter between cashier and prepping coffee and he moves so slow. In the morning your supposed to be ready with staff for the morning crowed. We made sure to make extra time to stop and we still used up those 20 mins waiting on donuts. Manager has an attitude, another thing they do is stack frosted donuts in a bag so frosting gets on everything !! We won’t be returning her.

The personal here is amazing, all of them are very nice, spatially Ashanti she help me whit a issue i had in other DD. Thank You this is the Best DD ever.

It's so delicious. Definitely worth a return trip. The place has an awesome feel to it.
