I got my usual caramel ice coffee and the very friendly staff made it perfect not too sweet and not too dark I come here every day and they always have my order ready before I arrive at the window 👍🏼 I highly recommend this location

This is a new store, so far my experience had been great. The girls are very friendly, quick, great manners. Very professional. They show they care. ❤ They keep the place clean. I really hope they dont start hiring hood people like the loop. 🙏 Keep up the great work ladies!!!!!! 😊

I had a bad experience on my first time going and my second time. The manager that I had for both times was just rude. The way they spoke to me as a customer was not okay.

Staff is nice and the manager is friendly. I come very often they remember my order. I'm glad they open a dunkin walking distance to my house!

Not a good experience. I ordered a cappuccino and it was literally half filled. $4 for a drink to only get half of it.

Girls through the drive thru (afternoon shift) are incredibly rude; lack customer service skills, stare at the customer with blank looks when the customer pulls up. This is the 4th time my simple order had been messed up. I will never be going back to this location. Once when my order was messed up the girl through the drive through asked me to grab the donut out of the bag (in order to swap the correct donut that I ordered) and I told her NO because my hands were dirty! I just find it baffling that if an order is screwed up why does the food have to go back inside, to be returned back to me- I find it incredibly unsanitary and suggest better practices handling messed up orders.

Went today to get 10 munchkins and an iced coffee with hazlenut and cream only. They forgot my munchkins completely and the coffee had no cream. Need to step it up.
