Very friendly staff. They have outdoor seating in the warmer seasons. They do not sell bagels here due to a bagel shop being right next door just FYI.

I like this store . All including the manager Harry are good . Nice place to have breakfast or lunch or Dinner .workers up here are very polite and professional.I will definitely recommend this one .

I am a big fan of Dunkin', but this location I was disappointed in. I usually order a beacon, egg & cheese on a bagel with a large coffee. When I asked for a bagel they looked at me like I had two heads. They said they only have English muffins. The way they said it reminded me of the old Saturday Night Live skit Chess burger. I would have let that slide because I did notice a bagel shop in the same strip mall so most likely they are not allowed to sell bagels as part of their lease. It would have been nice if they were little more friendly about it. But the main reason they got only one star because they don't take part in the 2 and GO program which other Dunkin's do. I am sorry but all Dunkin's need to have the same promotions.

Staff is friendly. Seating place to sit and enjoy espresso and Donuts. I visit here frequently and have got good service and place to sit.

Terrible Service by Sureka. The only reason I go there is because I work near by, but everytime I deal with her she has given attitude. If you are in the customer service industry you should really understand that when a customer asks you questions, you should answer them and not look at them like they are dumb. In addition, she got my coffee flavor wrong, and when I told her that, she told me "well, you should have just said caramel" - my correct coffee flavor, when I indeed did say it. She is VERY RUDE, and should be fired.
