Dunkin'

I usually love Dunkin Donuts iced tea. But today's taste like it was brewed old coffee grounds. Since it was to go I didn't find that out until I was on down the road. It's just rather disappointing.

Almost always a line but the line goes pretty fast

Place was clean and the employees very helpful, but the coffee tasted old.

Shift leader made a mistake but fixed it and gave us a good discount for being patient. Thumbs up to her!

All you have to prepare a coolata.. Got three and throw them away. :(

Never have what's on the menu. This time no Boston cream and no blueberry cake doughnuts.

Love D&D coffee! You can also get hot tea with honey and lemon! Now that's a good thing when you're a bit under the weathet!

Horrible service, got my order so messed up (AGAIN 3RD TIME), forgot to put a sandwich and donut in my bag of food, messed up the coffee (no sugar in one & no cream or sugar in the other) The food taste burnt and dirty like they havent cleaned out the oven all day! I only stoped here because its convenient but next time ill drive to a different one. Dont eat here!!!!

Good number of employees, quick and efficient. My coffee was made perfectly.

SLOW SLOW SLOW. Been here twice while supercharging Tesla and always seem to wait when I go in. Today with 6 people working had to wait about 4-5 minutes at front counter before someone saw me standing there and was able to come to counter and there wasn’t a soul in the store. Staff could be way friendlier and say we’ll be with you in a few minutes. Instead they look at you and say to someone “who’s up front” and go about their business they should greet the customer and let them know someone will be with them shortly.

Good but customer needs help at night shifts

Heard Employees playing over intercom instead of taking order. Drinks weren't what we ask for..

i was on a bus earlier today from boston to nyc when my bus’ engine froze. we stopped by at this dunkin’ donuts to find a lovely store with quite wonderful people. the teenage boy (around my age?) was so enthusiastic! he was so nice and we had a laugh. i didn’t take his name but he made my day a lot better. i guess this review is more of the community rather than their service but it is SO not as bad as the other reviews say it is.

Best drive through

I only order the hot vanilla chai and glazed donuts. I am not really a coffee fan. The chai though does not taste like coffee at all . The taste have been consistent.
