Little bit slow this morning (due to under staffing), but Americano and sausage, egg & cheese to-go wraps were exceptional. Supposedly, they offer a 20% discount to GMers at this location (Van Dyke in Warren MI), but I forgot to ask...so, can't validate this. Next time!

Finest place to buy food when in a rush. The customer service is speedy, rates are convenient, great mood. Keep up the good work

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was given a burnt croissant sandwich after going inside to order because the employee "didn't have his headset on" for the drive thru I sat in front of for 5 minutes. When I filled out a complaint on their customer survey site I was told I'd be contacted in a few days, that was 3 weeks ago. I will never be back and you shouldn't go neither.

Wounderful. Had coffee with a few friends from the old shop then ask a person who worked there to take a photo of us which she said she would be glad to. Very nice folks there.

Last night I was there for ice cream and coffee girl didn’t want to take my order, gave me bad attitude She needs to leave her personal problems in home, Hopefully management hire good working people not worse lazy girls

Really excellent customer service from the woman behind the counter. She made my iced coffee perfect too. First time getting it at this location.

The ice cream was good, but the employee had a really angry attitude for some reason. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:30p and she opens with "we close at 10" I told her I won't be taking that long anyways, ordered my ice cream, paid and left.

Morning drive through is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes they are perfect. Other days like today, they microwave your bagel making it stale and slimy. With every good bagel, they give your bacon egg cheese bagel a cinnamon raisin bagel (pictured) - I love creativity but this was not a good combo!!I love DD breakfast food, but if you stop here you are rolling the dice. Is it worth taking the chance? Only you can decide

Went in and ordered a frozen coffee. The blond worker took my payment. Returned with my drink. She said its a little watery. I didnt have enough ice..i tried..awful thoughtless girl who acts like she doesnt want to be there. Worst experience ever.

you're not a customer, you're a nuisance. the customer service is non-existent. very rude cashiers. good luck to anyone that wants coffee and goes here to get it!
