Dunkin'

Horrible, I remember now why I didn`go to Dunkin Donuts after 1 visit 5 years ago in Surprise. We only went because someone gave us a gift card. I`ve placed an order at drive thru after long line, and had to change order 4 times because they were out of 4 diff items on their menu and its 11:30am?Very rude people too. In addition, when I end up getting the order it was 2 donuts less than I`ve ordered AND it was wrong kind, when I tried it any way. Rest of the items were fineBut a What a drag of the location. I doubt, any other locations are better, never again, its all bad for you anyway!

Love this place. It's clean, friendly staff, fast and above all very welcoming! In a nice little spot and close to me! Always finding ways to make your order right!

Love this place and within walking distance from home. Only negative is there's been more then one occasion in which I'm told they don't have a chocolate sprinkled donut and I'm talking days in a row. How ? your a donut place!! Other then that coffee is good, great service and good bagels.

Don’t go to this location Ive tried several attempts to get my iced caramel craze here, they don’t put the whipped cream, caramel or cinnamon on top. Then when I ask for them to do it, they are so rude! Going to the location by my work from now on !

Freshly made to order sandwiches and donuts are always delicious, friendly helpful employees.

The lady at the drive though service is rude, has no customer service skills . And they take for ever !!!!!!!!

Love this place, everyone is very friendly. Even with long lines of cars, they hook it up, The food is always hot and my drinks are always perfect. I working in medical field. I can't afford mistakes,12h shift's. Thanks for the great jobs, #DNKN
