Dunkin'

They forgot my donut and messed up my drink. Things might have been better if I came during a less busy time but the latte they gave me was way off balance and was weirdly bitter. I almost couldn't drink it.

I ordered four donuts and a drink. It only took like 2 minutes to get my order but they only gave me half my donuts and they were the wrong donuts. The donuts I asked for were not available. They did not tell me so I could ask for alternatives. Rather, they changed me for four and gave me half. The half I got were not even right. They were also out of those ones post rely and had replaced the ones I ordered with ones that were close enough. What? Who does that?I went back because maybe it was a one off. They did it again! Let people know if you are out of something rather than replacing it without telling them. Likewise, don't just skip out of parts of the order if you're out on it!

It's a Dunkin' express, not a full service location. This means they don't have hot sandwiches or anything other than coffee, donuts, and bagels. Still, great service and typical Dunkin coffee.

Why, why is your coffee always so sweet? A latte is not supposed to be sweet. When I order an almond milk latte with NO sweetener it SHOULD NOT BE SWEET. An iced coffee... SHOULD BE JUST COFFEE. Ugh. Lay off the sugar... it's infuriating.

I ordered a medium cappuccino...... It looks empty after I took out the foam.
